I said before, my goals are the following:

1.) learn every role in my company.

2.) become part owner of my company.

Further on this.

I just chuckled when i thought this, means it's a good idea.

I want to buy out the current owner of my company.

Mind you, today I have about ₷¤100 in my pocket.

So far from it.

However nonetheless.

I want to also aspire to this, and also ask my colleagues to aspire to this.

It FEELS so inspiring.

And no need to hide it from anyone, including any of my current bosses or skip-bosses or current company owners.

If anyone asks, I'll just always say like, 'yes, one day i want to be part owner of the company...'

Some will laugh at me.

But some will be inspired by me.

And I'll just keep at it, 1% 1% 1%.

And try to build up allies.

And try to build up relationships.

And try to build up assets / capital too as much as possible.

And then one day, some time probably between 10 years from now and 50 years from now.

One day, all of my, or at that point our, 1% 1% 1% efforts may build up, and then we may make an offer to whoever is the current owner or owners of the company, and it may be a spectacular offer, and by that point they may already be on board with us and have a good relationship with us, and they'll say, sure, welcome, you are now part owner, thank you so much for all you've done for us, it's been a great time and we know the company is in good hands with you all!!!

so that is the vision.

And so rewind to today.

An employee work-for-money.

a dollor or two above minimum wage.

a year at this company so far, and a handful of 1-year or 5-year stints at other companies before this.

And but now it seems like it's not even an option.

Why would I work for a company that wasn't open to having me as a part owner?

Why would I work for a company with colleagues, who aren't all wanting to be part owners together?

And so it's a goal.
